Lay everything out and check it twice.
 Top (with bib pinned, if needed)
 Shorts/tights
 Sports bra / underwear
 Socks
 Running shoes (clean + ready)
 GPS watch (charged)
 Headphones (charged + paired)
 Hat / sunglasses / sunscreen
 Extra warm layer (if needed)

Fuel your body like itâs go time (because it is).
 Breakfast ingredients ready (familiar + carb-based)
 Energy gels / chews / bars packed
 Electrolyte drink or tabs
 Pre-race dinner planned (nothing new!)
 Water bottle filled
đ Logistics & Admin
Keep it boring here â boring = no race day surprises.
 Bib collected / know where to pick it up
 Timing chip ready + attached
 Know your start time + location
 Route reviewed
 Transport sorted (how youâre getting there + how long it takes)
 Post-race bag packed (warm clothes, snacks, charger, etc.)
đ§ Mindset & Mental Prep
Stay cool, calm, and confident.
 Alarms set (set more than one!)
 Music playlist downloaded
 Visualise the race or journal if helpful
 Do something to relax (Shake out run, walk, stretch, Netflix)
